Muir Property Investments

Formed in 1977 in response to demand for business parks, industrial and commercial developments throughout Scotland.

Today the company runs a portfolio of industrial and commercial properties, owned and managed by Muir Property Investments.

Muir Property Investments also works closely with Muir Construction in design and build services to lease industrial and office space on sites ready for development.

Muir Homes holds an enviable record in building high quality new homes across Scotland, from one-bedroom apartments in the city to luxury homes in the country.

An in-house design studio and experienced staff take care of every detail and stage in the process.

Muir Timber Systems

Established at the same time as Muir Construction, Muir Timber Systems works in conjunction with contractors and partner house builders to source and design timber frame solutions for use in housing, hotels, offices, social housing and healthcare facilities.

The company is commited to bringing innovative methods and techniques to the construction industry with investment in new premises, technology and machinery while working sustainability and efficiently, including the use of solar energy.

Muir Leisure

Muir Leisure own and manage Deer Park, one of Central Scotland’s best golf and country clubs. Hosting prestigious golf events and championships, the club is home to the Deer Park Masters SPGA Pro-Am tournament.

The Club also offers year-round leisure facilities such as bowling, squash courts, a multi-gym, swimming pool and a spa with steam room and sauna.
