Strategically placed at the harbour mouth this state of the art facility has been constructed on top of the existing harbour wall, in a live port environment. The 1,040 m2 main building and it's two storey 538m2 storage warehouse will be home to the technicians , crew , specialist access equipment , tools and parts which are all essential to the continuity of the 450 megawatts supply of low carbon energy which will offset 400,000 tonnes of CO2 emmissions each year.
